Seems a bit weird but we have both red flag warnings and freeze warnings at the same time right now. I had some extra time today, so I ripped out all the beds except one which has the newest crop of peas, beans and cucumbers. Everything else is in the greenhouse.

Dehydrating brassica leaves. I absolutely love these. They are great for munching on as chips or grinding up into powder. Because they are dehydrated at low temps most of the nutritional value is still present. I mix the powders into drinks, smoothies, stews, or any type of meal that has a sauce. It’s also a fantastic way to use or preserve a part of the plant most people just throw away.
