Before the freeze, I harvested a lot of veggies. With them, I made some quiches which are one of my most favorite foods. Flavors include zucchini and cheese, swiss chard and tomato, and bacon, mushroom and pepper. I also made some infusion with the rest of the marigolds in both alcohol and oil, because being the scientist I have to compare and contrast everything. These infusions are for sure a rabbit hole I can fall down and the reason I planted the front tea garden (aka the square).
