Well, the first freeze definitely occurred last night with temps dropping down to 23F. Even with most things covered with frost protection, the hard freeze killed most everything in the garden covered or not. So glad I moved so many plants to the greenhouse yesterday! The one thing that did okay was the marigolds. I cut a few and gave them to our neighbor.
